1. Service Engagement
Once you select a plan (Silver, Gold, or Platinum), our team will begin the research and design process. Clients are required to provide necessary content (images, text, bio) within the first 3 days of project kick-off to ensure timely delivery.
2. Payment Terms
All service prices (₹6,000, ₹10,000, or ₹15,000) are fixed. A minimum advance payment is required to start the work. Annual renewal fees of ₹5,000 apply for hosting and domain maintenance to keep the services active.
3. Revisions & Changes
We offer revisions based on the selected plan. Major design changes requested after the final approval of the website may incur additional charges. We strive for 100% satisfaction but expect professional feedback from the client's side.
4. Domain & Hosting
Free domain and hosting are provided for the 1st year. From the 2nd year onwards, the renewal fee is mandatory. Failure to renew may lead to website suspension as per third-party provider rules.
5. Intellectual Property
Once the full payment is cleared, the ownership of the final design will be transferred to the client. However, SAGAR DESIGNS reserves the right to showcase the work in our portfolio (Designs page) unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed.
6. Liability
We are not responsible for any loss of business or data due to external factors (server downtime, third-party API changes, or algorithm updates). Our responsibility is strictly limited to web design and SEO optimization services.
